We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your VAHILA account.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including projects, tags, and device information will be permanently deleted.

What data will be deleted:

Your account profile information (name, email, phone)
All projects created by you
All tag/marker detections associated with your account
Device registrations and pairing data
Activity logs and usage history
All files uploaded (KML files, exports)

How to Request Account Deletion:

We will verify your identity via email
Account deletion will be completed within 7 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Data Retention:

Some data may be retained for up to 30 days in our backup systems before complete removal. Legal and compliance data may be retained as required by law.
